If the user has a claim about the service provided, they must send an email to the INTENSIFYINSIGHT address indicating the service purchased, the day, the user's name, the user's address, the date, and the reason for the claim.
The client will have a maximum period of 5 days after receiving the service for any type of complaint or claim. All claims must be sent to via email info@intensifyinsight.com
The company will study and investigate the case and if any return to the customer is appropriate, INTENSIFYINSIGHT has 30 business days to do so by the same means in which the service was purchased.
