OBJECT

The terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter also, General Conditions or Conditions), constitute the general conditions of regulation of access and use of the Sites owned and managed by INTENSIFYINSIGHT. In addition, these Conditions are completed with the Privacy Policy.

The use of any of the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Sites implies full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions contained herein.

Access to the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Sites implies that the User acquires a series of rights and obligations, in order to guarantee the proper enjoyment of the general services and content found therein and that INTENSIFYINSIGHT makes available to the User.

The User is aware that the access and use of the services and contents of the Sites is carried out under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

The condition of User is acquired by accessing the Sites.

The completion of the registration form is not mandatory to access and enjoy the services offered on the Sites, with the exception of certain services.

USER REGISTRATION

To access and/or use certain services of the Sites, under registration, the User must assign a User name/s, as well as a password/s, committing to make diligent use of both (User name and password) and to maintain the secret of the credentials and passwords thus responding to all the damages of the incorrect and negligent use of the same.

At any time, and without prior notice, INTENSIFYINSIGHT may deny or withdraw the use of our Sites when the Conditions or the Privacy Policy are breached .

MINORS

Minors under 18 years of age may not use the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Services that require registration or identification as registered users of the Sites, even with the representation of their father, mother, guardian, or legal representative.

Any User who accesses the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Site agrees to the correct use of all the services found therein, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation applicable to them and the content of the General Conditions published on the Site at any time for each service, refraining from performing any act that could go against the interests of third parties and the structure and operation of the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Site.

PRICES AND MEANS OF PAYMENT 

All our services are indicated in US dollars.

PRICES AND LIQUIDATION

Regarding the prices of the services, the client will be charged the prices established in the corresponding section, as they are offered on the website. Prices include value added tax as provided by applicable laws in the United States of Mexico (16%).

In addition to the purchase price, the customer will be responsible for paying all taxes that are generated, including value added tax, consumption, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs and any other type of tax, lien, fee or similar charges, taxes levied or increased under any municipal, state, federal, international or any other national law, rule, ordinance, or regulation with respect to the services sold to the customer. In the event that the seller, for any reason, is forced to pay such taxes, the buyer must, upon request, immediately refund said amounts to the seller. The client will provide, at the seller's request, any certificate of tax exemption.

In addition, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, customers agree to send us completed tax forms to enable us to make all required filings with tax authorities.

PRICE CHANGE

We may change prices and/or introduce new charges in addition to prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days prior written notice to User.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices, immediately and with contemporary notice.

PAY

The price of the services will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes.

 Payments can be made via accepted credit or debit card.

We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of fortuitous or force majeure. Under no circumstances will INTENSIFYINSIGHT pay penalties for late delivery of our services.

HYPERLINKS

The User who intends to include any type of link on his Web page, which supposes a hyperlink with the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Sites or any of the pages that compose it, must comply with the following Conditions:

• No false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements or indications will be made on the INTENSIFYINSIGHT Sites.

In the case of any liability payable to INTENSIFYINSIGHT, it will only be liable for the damages and losses effectively and directly caused by it, without including in any case compensation for lost profits.

Our Sites may be disconnected or altered without prior notice, generating no responsibility for INTENSIFYINSIGHT with the User or with third parties for this reason.

INTENSIFYINSIGHT is not responsible for the malfunction of the system when it is due to technical conditions or due to third party causes.

INTENSIFYINSIGHT declines any responsibility regarding the services and contents that are found both outside and inside the Site, nor will it be responsible for damages of any nature derived from the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services offered on our Sites.
